Festival TIME ...

This past week has been quite hectic with Ramadan and overwhelming invitations. It environment around is beautiful though. The streets are all lit, shops open till after 0300 HRS, lots of promotions at the malls, cool yet sunny weather, a week plus holidays and of course unimaginable, reckless traffic. Sad it's all gonna end by the 6th. I guess change IS the spice of life. The year 2002 will be wrapped up soon and as it is coming to an end, somehow a lot of things are happening one after another. It's a strange pattern that I notice every year. My list of things to do is progressing pretty well. I guess I just needed the time. With these holidays - am on track - on time. :) Kudos to me! But somehow every item on the list keeps auto replacing as soon as one is struck out :( I got to get round my list of resolutions. I miss mom. I was hoping to go down and visit her but the flights are all packed. I think I'll surprise her on my birthday as she always likes to have me around her. It's her special day. :) Her thoughtful ways never seize to amaze me. Her wit, her warmth, her care, her friendship, her unconditional love - priceless! For everything else, there's Master card. :) Well, its already 4:00 am - time for la-la land. I gotta be up by 6:00 am. Gonna have a looong day.
